I don’t really see what there is to complain about. The refund was okay and went through without any major issues. It wasn’t anything amazing, but it did what it was supposed to do

My order showed up fine and the product itself is good, no real complaints there. But I ended up having to pay customs/import fees that I wasn’t really expecting, so the total cost was higher than I planned. Just wish that part had been made more obvious before checkout.

I got annoyed trying to customize my order. I only wanted a few basic changes, but the options just didn’t line up with what I needed, and I didn’t have the patience to keep trying to explain it. I ended up giving up and not ordering, which was disappointing

I ordered this mostly because the photos made it look really realistic, but in person it didn’t quite live up to that for me. It’s not awful, and the fit was okay, but the skin tone and texture looked a bit fake under regular room lighting. The seams and edges were also noticeable if you look up close. Checkout went smoothly, so that was nice. The shipping options, though, were a bit confusing for no obvious reason, but I figured it out eventually.

I ordered a specific size and color, but what showed up was totally different. The packing slip actually had my correct order listed, so that part was weird and I have no idea how it got mixed up. Super frustrating, especially because dealing with returns is such a pain. I wouldn’t order again unless the sizing gets sorted out.
